Our Story

Tierney Signs Inc. was established in 1978 with a simple mission: to craft high-quality, distinctive signage solutions. Founded by John J. Tierney, the company began modestly, operating out of a small brick garage. The demand for our exceptional craftsmanship quickly outgrew this initial space, leading to the construction of a larger garage and, ultimately, the relocation to a bigger shop on Grass Lake Road in Antioch, IL.

Throughout the years, Tierney Signs Inc. continued to flourish, reflecting its success both in its physical growth and its reputation for delivering unparalleled quality. The initial garage location, once a humble starting point, became intertwined with Tierney Signs Inc.'s story. After the expansion, the company moved back to this location, now occupying the entire bottom floor of the house, alongside the previously mentioned garages. With an ongoing commitment to excellence and a passion for turning client visions into reality, Tierney Signs Inc. continues to evolve, enriching the landscape of visual communication.
