Design and Quality Issues
The review by Jeff Stamper highlights several design and quality issues with the signs manufactured by Walton. Specifically, he mentions that the fluorescent lamps are odd sizes, making them difficult to replace. Furthermore, the use of electrical tape to secure the lamps to the sockets leads to the tape melting and making the lamps hard to access. The design of the sign makes it nearly impossible to service, with sockets coming out when the lamps are removed. This poor design has led to the sign becoming "un-serviceable" despite being only a few years old.
