Our Process

We believe in making the printing process as seamless as possible. Here's a step-by-step guide on how we work:

1. Request a Quote: Get a quote for your printing project by providing us with all the necessary details, including the type of shirts you need, the desired artwork, and the quantity required.

2. Approve Design Mock-Up: Once we receive your request, we'll create a design mock-up for your approval. We'll send it to you for review and make any necessary changes or tweaks.

3. Approve the Quote & Pay Invoice: Once the design is finalized, we'll create an invoice based on your requested blanks, quantity, and size. We require full payment before proceeding with the order.

4. Lead Time Begins: We'll begin the process of ordering your blanks while we wait for your garments to arrive. Our standard production time is usually 7-10 business days from the date of payment.

5. Blanks Arrive, Let the Printing Begin: Once your blanks arrive, we'll check to ensure they're all accounted for and start printing your items. We'll keep you updated on the job progress via email.

Screen Printing

At Urban Anchor Print Co., we specialize in screen printing, a process that involves using a fine mesh cloth stretched over a heavy aluminum frame to burn in the design using a liquid material called emulsion. The design is then printed by having a squeegee force ink color through the pores of the material. The result is your design screen printed onto a piece of material.

How to Order

To get started with your printing project, you'll need to provide your artwork/logo in the required format listed below. We prefer vector file formats such as.pdf, .eps, and.ai, and raster file formats such as.pdf, .psd, .tiff, and.jpg. If you don't have your artwork in the correct format, we can design it for you for a fee.

Blank or Item to be Decorated

You'll need to decide on the type of item you want your artwork/logo applied to. We can supply the blank items or you can provide your own (please note that not all items are printable, and we'll need to physically see the items before printing).
