How We Work

At New Bohemia Signs, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible for our clients. Our steps to ordering a sign are straightforward:

• Contact us with your scope of work, and we'll reply with a bid or price.
• If the bid is accepted, we'll require a 50% deposit and any necessary art files, Pantone colors, or other materials.
• Once we have the deposit, we'll schedule the work and get started.

Pricing and Design

We price our signs based on the level of detail, size, and the number of colors involved. We'll estimate our time for painting, design, construction, and matching colors. We're happy to work within budgets, especially during the design process. We can match colors using the Pantone coated book or tangible examples, but please note that scientific precision isn't always possible.

Providing Artwork

If you want to provide your own design, we'll need a vectorized file (.eps or.ai) in the exact sign dimensions, with all text outlined. We can also work with detailed, scale drawings or digital files of designs you like. If you prefer us to design your sign, we'll need visual references, digital files, or a description of your desired design.
