Our History

Our company was founded in 1917 by Alcide Mandeville, who started hand-lettering paper signs and windows in his backyard garage on Summer Street in Central Falls, Rhode Island. Over the years, his sons Bertrand, Roland, and Raymond joined the company, expanding our sign fabrication capabilities. In the late 1940s, we started offering neon signs, which became a defining feature of the era. Today, we are a third-generation family-owned business, led by Roland's children - Jeanne, Tom, and Jim Mandeville.
